Breathless

Feather and Stones poems

A babbling brook, meandering through
Misted dew dropped, mornings glaze
Stillness drifting, along it’s pathways
Air chilling, the soothing side effects

Gentle breezes, waifts hairs hither yon
Rains misted essence, quench draughts
Of sweltered unbearable, by humidities
Lashing at the last, strings pulled taught

Across the meadows, swaying wildflowers
Your radiance glowing, upon my heartstrings
Flutterings from within, your sparkling smile
We both stop, to just share, breathlessness

That moment lasting, within a lucid eternity
Neither of us wanting, the moments ending
Undefused lights, casting our dreamscape
Lifted high upon breezes, levitatingly saoring
